Builder's often have their own agents, but those agents represent the interest's of the builder, not the buyer. With many years of construction experience including single family homes, multi-family homes, and agricultural new construction, I am here to guide you along the new construction process and be with you every step of the way from picking out a lot to deciding on finishes and so much more!

As your agent, I also coordinate with the lender and appraiser if any repairs are required from them before closing and make sure that any re-inspections are completed on time and correctly.
